We also take great care to pull any family photos, personal documents, personal letters / birthday cards aside. We will place them in a separate container for you to go through prior to the sale beginning.

Any items that need special consideration will be properly evaluated to determine the best fair market value.

We post & share all of our sales on Facebook, Open Arms Estate Sales website, local yard sales websites. 

We have the Estate sale typically on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. We accept all debit and credit cards (Tap to Pay), Zelle and cash as forms of payment during the sale. Within 2 days after the sale is complete we will provide you with a final accounting of the sale and a business check in hand for your earnings. Contact us today and we'll be happy to assist you.
